Candle Blowout Blowouts
Several central Ohio breweries are celebrating anniversaries over the next couple of weeks. If you’re the kind of craft beer fan that wants to get the first taste of something new and unique, then etch these dates into your calendar:
- Thursday, Nov. 10 – Hofbrauhaus Columbus celebrates eight years of authentic German-style beers tonight at 6 p.m. with the ceremonial tapping of Urbrau, a light red malty lager. Find out more.
- Friday, Nov. 11 – Barley’s Brewing Company turns the big 30 this year, and will celebrate with the traditional annual tapping of their Christmas Ale this Friday at 7:30 p.m. Read more here.
- Saturday, Nov. 12 – The third anniversary of Taft’s Brewpourium Columbus will be commemorated with a special limited edition beer release available at the taproom in Franklinton. More info here.
- Saturday, Nov. 19 – Olentangy River Brewing Company marks four years in Lewis Center with the release of four barrel aged beers, plus a chili cookoff and a beer mile race. Details available here.
