Don’t Journey Alone

For the second year, Fifty West Brewing‘s Chillicothe brewpub will team up with Paper City Coffee on a collaboration to help teens in Ross County. Paper City Coffee uses their business proceeds to fund the Paper City Mentorship Project, a program designed to match high school students with adult mentors who can make a difference in a teen’s life.

Last summer, Fifty West teamed up with Paper City Coffee to brew the first version of Don’t Journey Alone, a coffee blonde ale made with blackberries to emulate the coffee shop’s signature blackberry cold brew. The beer and the event were a hit, so the brewery and the coffee shop are bringing it back for year two this Saturday, Sept. 3 starting at 5 p.m. One dollar from every pint of Don’t Journey Alone sold in the Fifty West taproom will be donated to the Paper City Mentorship Project.
