What a difference a beer makes… Red Wagon Farm owners Eric and Shari Ross wanted to add a brewery and a bakery to their existing farm market in Columbia Station, hoping to turn it into even more of a destination for Northeast Ohioans. To accomplish the brewery addition, the Rosses teamed up with Kellie Rubesne and Ann Zofchak, who were already in the development stages of their own project, Four Paws Brewing.

After several years of planning, construction and anticipation, the brand new Red Wagon brewery taproom is slated for a grand opening on Saturday, May 27. The new brewery, by nature of the partnership between the owners, is branded as two breweries: Red Wagon Brewing and Four Paws Brewing. Zofchak is doing the brewing for both, with Red Wagon beers representing classic styles while Four Paws beers lean into more experimental recipes and processes.

You’ll be able to enjoy a beer at Red Wagon Farm Wednesday through Sunday starting on May 27. Make plans now to visit and get your Ohio On Tap brewery passport stamp! Get more details and check out photos from last month’s Red Wagon soft opening event at facebook.com/redwagonfarmohio
