Line Cook/Kitchen Manager

Boss Dog Brewing Co is currently seeking a driven, creative Line Cook/Kitchen Manager to lead our back of the house team. This person will optimize food, labor, and indirect costs through consistent training and supervision.


  • Ensures food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization and sanitation. Performs line checks throughout the shift.
  • Checks daily food production and par levels as necessary with the line cooks.
  • Prepares and trains team members for daily specials and new menu implementations.
  • Provides ongoing feedback
  • Develops kitchen team members through training, shift meetings and individual instruction.
  • Keeps ownership informed of all issues and takes prompt corrective action when necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
  • Creates a positive work environment through building morale in the kitchen and commitment to great shifts each day.
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate, conducive to optimizing employee morale, productivity and efficiency.
  • At all times provides a favorable image to team members, guests, vendor partners and our community.
  • Performs other duties as requested
