Host is responsible for being the first face to the guests! Welcoming them to the gastropub, seating them to a table they are comfortable, ensuring guests are seated 6 feet away from other guests during this time of pandemic, taking names for waitlist, seating reservations while keeping the flow of walkins maintained. Responsible for taking to go orders, and cashing them out. Bussing tables to have a constant rotation for guests and helping servers maintain the flow of guests coming through. Sanitizing and cleaning areas as notated on sanitation guides for each area.
Food Runner is responsible for ensuring food is plated correctly per tickets and running food to appropriate numbers/tables. Ensuring that there is a constant communication with the kitchen line to make sure food is correct before if leaves the kitchen. Presenting yourself in a positive manner to promote our brand, giving guests and incredible experience. Being the point of contact to our guests, it is important to ensure we are asking if they have everything they need before walking away. Clearing tables and getting them wiped down and ready for the next guest.
