Event Programming Manager

This is MadTree’s CX Programming Manager. Does it sound like you?
You jump at the opportunity to throw a party for thousands of your closest friends, knowing that their excellent experience is well worth the hundreds of hours you will put into planning and executing such a legendary event. You are always the first one to arrive and the last one to leave. You’re always at the right place at the right time whether it be schmoozing guests to sorting the recyclables from the compostables. You care about the complete package, from how people are invited to what’s in the goodie bag when they leave. And, after the event has finished (and before you take a sip of your beer), you start taking stock of what went right and what went wrong so you can make the next one even better.

To make all this happen, you thrive on obsessive organization — to the point where you make color-coded checklists of all the color-coded checklists that you need to create. Maintaining a bunch of project timelines is just how you get through this thing called life and the smallest details always matter. You own a dozen clipboards and know which walkie-talkie earpieces are garbage and which are gold. Bring on the next event, you’ll crush it before you finish your first coffee.

MadTree is committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce that inspires madness while being rooted in purpose. We offer a competitive compensation package plus great benefits like paid volunteer time, subsidized health insurance, a retirement plan with a match that begins day one, profit sharing, paid time off, and many other great perks.
