POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Project Manager serves as the information conduit for the Marketing team and the conductor of the Marketing orchestra – in planning and managing timelines, resources, and budgets for all project related activities including product launches and campaigns. They are the master planner, juggler, and organizer of all things. They will be an avid MadTree ambassador who lives the behaviors – Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck. Additionally, the Marketing Project Manager will:
Be future thinking and proactive with considerable self-confidence, vision, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Operate in an environment with some ambiguity and is comfortable making risk decisions without a need for excessive guidance, rules, and micro-management.
Operate with an outgoing, persuasive, and motivational interpersonal style to influence key stakeholders both internally and externally.
50% – Accountable for the complete life cycle of all projects with an emphasis on planning, scheduling, resourcing, prioritizing, and delivering all project milestones on-time, on-budget, and on-brand.
25% – Develops, facilitates, and maintains highly collaborative and functional relationships with internal and external key stakeholders with clear and effective communication that motivates other members of the team to meet objectives.
15% – Serves as organizational liaison to keep key stakeholders informed of progress and barriers, while employing continuous improvement processes to develop tools and best practices.

Note: Ten percent of time is reserved for ancillary responsibilities and activities unrelated to the key performance objectives.

Create and proactively manage a master project schedule that identifies resources and when each task will be performed in order to regularly communicate timelines and responsibilities to team members.
Prioritizes deadlines, resources, and requests to ensure all work is delivered on-time while resolving issues throughout the project life cycle.
Collaborate cross-functionally with all key internal and external stakeholders to develop organization and structure for projects.
Monitor project timeline, budget, issue status/resolution, and communicate project status to leadership on a timely basis.
Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution; lead discovery and kick-off meetings for project inception and requirement gathering, complete post-project evaluations to help identify improvement strategies, and build upon current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Build constructive relationships with all Marketing, internal, and external stakeholders, including third party vendors.
Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal direct supervision and the ability to problem-solve and provide solutions while maintaining project deliverables.
Self-motivated & highly organized with strong interpersonal communication, written and verbal, strong attention to detail and quality, and comfortable working cross departmentally.
Enthusiastically spends a minimum of 16 hours per year volunteering for MadTree Impact initiatives.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties, accountabilities, and responsibilities satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years experience in Marketing/Agency/CPG project management; experience using Basecamp to manage projects strongly preferred.

Strong foundation in marketing strategy and processes.
Demonstrated organization, communication, presentation, management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in establishing processes to support stakeholder communication, project tracking, and delivery.
Attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety and quality standards, and confidence to speak up and act when safety and quality are compromised.
Comfort with multitasking and maintaining efficiency and productivity.
Effective and frequent communication with manager and support staff, regardless of department or shift.
Familiarity with process of craft brewing.

Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and climb.
Ability to frequently talk, hear, and smell.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms. Use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
