Merchandise Sales Associate

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support the merchandise team with customer service
• Correctly process and fill online orders in a timely fashion
• Fulfill and deliver store pickup orders
• Process refunds and exchanges in house
• Assist guests with questions about our merchandise, brand, and taproom experience
• Restock merchandise store with appropriate levels of product and organization
• Manage a cash drawer

• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb a ladder
• Flexible hours, nights and weekends required
• Self starter and highly motivated
• Positive attitude
• Register experience
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Passion for being part of a team and creating great work
• Experience working in retail environments
