Sibling Revelry Brewing is looking for a Packaging Manager to take on packaging from beginning to end. The Packaging Manager will be responsible for everything from set up to clean up as well as general maintenance and cleanliness. The individual selected will be responsible for producing a sanitary environment to ensure our product is safely and efficiently packaged to put to market. Experience with the Wild Goose canning line is highly preferred!

Essential Functions

  • Canning line assistance including set up, clean up, as well as packaging in cans, bottles, and kegs
  • Keg Filling
  • Milling
  • General Brewery sanitation – Tank CIP, Keg/Tank Cleaning, Floor Scrubbing, General Cleaning to the highest degree
  • Some delivery and/or Pick up
  • Reorganize cooler when needed
  • Stock cooler with kegs for every day that the taproom is open
  • May be involved in the planning, organization, and implementation of special events, specific projects, or program changes
  • Employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor


  • Self-starter and craft beer aficionado
  • Experience with the Wild Goose canning line is highly preferred!
  • Must have a passion for the beer industry and be willing to learn new, unfamiliar tasks
  • Clean motor vehicle registration and driving record along with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 150 pounds as well as bend, twist, turn, crouch multiple times per day and potentially for and extended period of time
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as necessary
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Local candidates only (i.e. Greater Cleveland Area)
  • Ability to take and pass a background check

Performance Requirements

  • Must maintain regular and reliable attendance to the satisfaction of management
  • Must be able to operate a computer and other position related technologies
  • Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
  • Driving may also include transportation of material
  • Must adhere to all TruWest Values at all times

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle
  • Must be able to access work locations
  • Must be able to stoop, stand, walk, bend, and stay upright to perform work
  • Must be able to visually determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned and/or to make general observations of facilities or structures
  • Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication
  • Must be able to occasionally move equipment weighing up to 150 pounds
