Lead Cook for Black Dog Grille at Streetside Brewery

Elevated street food being served out of a 1951 Spartan Camper. We will serve brewery volume + private events. You will need to show up on time to make sure that we are fully ready for brunch/lunch/dinner service. Running the grill/kitchen with Chef, closing/managing kitchen when Chef isn’t around. You will be responsible for helping Chef run and operate the food truck 5 days a week, 10+ hour shifts, 50 hours a week plus tips.


  • 6 years of restaurant experience preferred
  • used to high volume (we are the kitchen at Streetside Brewery)
  • management experience
  • experience in “from Scratch” kitchens preferred
  • must be able to dedicate Wednesday-Sunday 11- 9pm weekdays

Pay + Benefits:

$30,000 a year + weekly tips
