Self-Distribution Sales Representative

West Side Brewing is expanding its self-distribution team! We are hiring a self-distribution sales representative to help build grow sales of the West Side Brewing portfolio of beers. The ideal candidate is someone that loves beer, is approachable, is highly organized, self-motivated, and loves to have fun! This job will require driving, so having access to a vehicle and a clean driving record is a must. Additionally, this job will require some non-traditional hours, and the ideal candidate will be one that is flexible about working both nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Well versed in craft beer styles and up to date on industry happenings
• Responsible for growing the West Side Brewing distribution footprint, sales, and merchandising
• Build & execute Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Plans to achieve Annual Sales Goals
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retailers and distributor personnel
• Represent breweries at festivals, dinners, tastings, and events
• Execute quarterly sales and performance metrics
• Perform other duties as needed (i.e. anything from putting up a shelf to assisting at a festival)

Requirements

• Brewery and/or sales experience is a plus Must possess and maintain safe driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced organization Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work effectively on a team as well as occasional nights and weekends
• Occasional delivery of beer, so some heavy lifting is required
• Enjoy extensive car travel
