Some of this Eisbock was aged in three separate barrels: one pinot noir, one rum and one bourbon. Some of the base Eisbock was also aged on fresh and baked peaches. On Sunday, March 25, the bottles will be released at Maumee Bay Brewing Company. Ticket holders will receive 6 bottles total: 2 of the base Slush Fund and 1 each of the aged versions.
