‘Round We Go Again

Cheers to four years of beers from Roundhouse Depot Brewing Company! Owners Kathy and Ron Troyer initially opened the doors of the brewery and taproom in July 2018 and quickly became a community staple in downtown Bellefontaine.

It’s been an eventful four years for the brewery. They’ve brought home a handful of medals from the Ohio Craft Brewers Cup beer competition, survived a global pandemic that disproportionally hurt small breweries that primarily rely on taproom sales, started work on a sister brewery just up the road near the shores of Indian Lake, and, of course, continued to brew excellent craft beer in the heart of Logan County.

This anniversary festivities will kick off on Friday, July 8 with the annual release of Lionel 937 bourbon barrel aged imperial coffee porter, as well as the re-release of Conch Train, the 2021 Ohio Craft Brewers Cup silver medal-winning blonde ale with key lime and habanero. The revelry continues into Saturday with more beer releases, food trucks and live music: follow the brewery at facebook.com/roundhousebrewing for details as the weekend draws near.
